I have an Access database and I wish to have a **summary** form designed from a query linking 2 tables.
It is a racing selection table called Ratings and of course a Results table.
I hope to have approx 16 text boxes with the analysis from the Query.
I only have 1 query linking the 2 tables which pulls out the details
On the **summary** form there will be approx 16 text boxes that return Count of all ratings that = other fields.
I prefer not to see the records....only the count
I propose to send you the database (Small Version) and you make the **Summary** form. The following code works in a query.....but wont return to the summary form
SELECT count(*) AS Expr1
FROM Ratings INNER JOIN Results ON [login to view URL] = [login to view URL]
WHERE (((Ratings.[MM])=[WNO]) AND (([login to view URL])<1.55) AND (([login to view URL])=[Forms]![Form3]![WorkDate]));
## Deliverables
When one accepts the job, I will post futher requirements, but it is like this.
Count ([mm])
Count ([mm] = [wno])
Count ([mm] = [wno] where [Price] <1.55)
Count (mm] = [2nd]
Count([mm] = [3rd]
Count ([mm] = [2nd] where [Price] <1.55)
Count ([mm] = [3rd] where [Price] <1.55)
=======================================
So for each column I wish to know how many = [wno] and how many = 2nd and how many = 3rd.
Approx 11 columns
I can ring you to give help in advice
