APP TO EXTEND RACKSPACE CLOUD FILES FUNCTIONALITY

I need to extend the functionality of Rackspace so a person can: 1) Create User accounts that CANNOT access sensitive admin account data (like billing info, or other client account data) 2) Create/assign folders (Rackspace calls them containers) for any user to upload their assets to.. these folders can be private (only viewable from within the app) or public (viewable on the web). 3) You can track bandwidth usage per client, so if you wanted to charge your users for the bandwidth they use, you could. 4) Users are not limited to uploading a single file at a time. which the main Rackspace Cloud Files admin does - it only allows one file upload at a time. taking hours to upload multiple files and requiring you to wait and manage it manually. Users must be able to to upload up to 20 files at a time, completely automated. 5) Provide a single interface to handle all aspects of managing your Cloud Files assets - no need to login to Rackspaces Cloud Files admin at all. Further details in the next section. ## Deliverables I want developed an application that will extend the functionality of Rackspace Cloud Files service. The Rackspace Cloud Files service allows a person to upload assets (images, scripts, etc) that are then cached across a large Content Delivery Network, so that when a user requests one of these files they are served a 'cached copy' from the closest server in the network making websites load faster, etc. The main downside to the system is that once you purchase the service, you are given one admin account to manage everything. So, as a web developer or designer you cannot have your clients login and upload/remove/manage the content you have placed on their website or within their applications. You have to do it all. So their clients have a consistent experience across their services and sites. 7) To have the same functionality in [login to view URL], and [login to view URL], selectable individually. 8) Finally, the application also provides a Super Admin view of all admin users in the system, their bandwidth and space usage (for billing) and account management functions. 9) A desktop version of the application, is also needed, that will minimize bandwidth usage.
