I want a website that has a landing page with some sort of paperwork and law type of graphic theme and a navigation bar on the left side that is the same throughout all the pages. The nav bar should have: 1. file your small claim 2. status of your small claim 3. what we do 4. information about small claims 5. vidoes 6. articles about small claims (I need to be able to add unlimited number of articles from the articles sub-landing page so I need a template for the articles and I need to easily be able to add the keywords from each article to each article page's head data and I need to make sure I can add each new article to the sitemap so that google and yahoo spider it properly) 7. all 58 ca county court house links 8. contact us I may need a few more things which should easily be tinkered after I first see what you build. I need it to be simple, clean and visually easy and not confusing at all I need a disclaimer at the bottom of each page and also my business registration at the bottom of each page I need the website spidered for google and yahoo and I need to be able to plug in the keywords for each page
