custom wordpress theme

I need a wordpress theme for a blog about spirituality. The header would be an image of nature, such as clouds, or raindrops or pebbles. The header could be set-up to randomly show a different photo each time the page is accessed. The header should blend seamlessly into the body of the page. The webpage title will not be in the header, but rather in the top left of the body. I would like to use a mustard color as the primary color of the page, perhaps solid on the right, where the links are, and fading to transparent to the [login to view URL] the centre of the page is perhaps an image of a giant tree, but very faint, so that the blogs can be read (I'm not sure how this one will look). The links should be 3-D buttons. the page itself should look 3-D, that is have rounded corners and seem to be lifted off the screen. I like the page to have depth/layers ti it's look.
