1. Mobile app for Android, IOS, and Windows platform – Mostly developed in Xamarin or Cordova
2. App should be designed to be scalable (number of transactions, number of users)
3. Source code with documentation should be provided
4. Option to store the end user data locally with option to synchronise with server. User can opt in.
Application detail
1. Application will have multiple modules and will be developed in stages and by other teams and needed to be integrated to this core module.
2. The first version of application will have following functions
a. Vehicle tracking using driver’s mobile app and display in map.
b. All edit/ add functions in a web application.
c. Notification – messaging after the phone is verified.
d. Find the best route (cheap or faster or both) using popular algorithms and recommend.
e. Fix catchup / meetup with other friends using the app.
3. Future development
a. Include machine learning/ Artificial intelligence based on usage patterns and make suggestions
Wanted to be sure that attached RFQ document is referred before estimating.
To clarify the
Most part of the application is mobile based. However, admin and travel operator part is done only web based. Hope this is understood.
As you can see in the original spec attached, I have split the spec document into stages Stage 1, Stage 1a, Stage 2, Stage 3 and Stage 4. It would be appreciated if you could send me a note on your estimate on each stage (in order) and timelines.
