Customize my shopify shop

I bought this theme [login to view URL] But i want some little changes to how my store should look like the document i uploaded..either any of them (shop again and shop docx) I want this and then just a sub category in any category and two products to it(for learning purpose) Please you must be very good with shopify to do this and read document (Start your bidding with "hello ken" so i know who actually read this... if i read your profile and i like you..i send u a message and we would take it from there
