Create Simple Custom Branded HTML 5 game for my Website

I would like to create a game that would work on my website on both mobile and desktop. The game can be implemented various ways and I am open to your creative ideas on how I would pull this off. Basically, I would like to create a way that the player needs to shoot or avoid "bad guys" which are icons or representative things like Terrible Clients (Angry Little Man), Bad Marketing (Text on Page Icon), Procrastinators (TV, Beer Icons), Time-Wasters (Facebook Timeline Icon). You power up & gain money/clients by things like Video Marketing (Video Icon), Customer Insights (People icon), and getting New Websites (website icon), Social Media Engagement (Person + Share Icon).
To show that you are paying attention please include your favorite color as part as your response/proposal.
I am open to ideas but have imagined this could have very basic background and be old school arcade shooter or side scroller. I am not sure how to best pull this off. I want to keep it simple and fun. I imagine in the start of the game we would show one screen that told you what icons to shoot or avoid and which to gain/get. I'm open to ideas.
The only things I know I definitely want is the ability for it to work on modern browsers - Chrome, Safari, etc.

I'm looking forward to seeing if you can help me. If you can create the game but not the graphic icons, i can create those. I would imagine for my purpose we could even use some of the simple icons commonly used in modern web designs to represent some of these ideas. I am okay with keeping it that simple as long as the game play works.

Also - what if we did a play on words using either "Drawing Clients" --- as you do good, you gain clients and make more money... OR "Video Shoot" ... its a shooter and you use a camera to shoot & avoid the "bad guys" and try to get the power up icons (Consumer Insights, New Website, New Logo, etc)
