Cooperation on adult website with backend functionality

I have an idea for an adult niche website, which does not exist at the moment. I need help to develop the website, and the backend functionality (web application).
I have approximately 7 years of experience with Windows forms software development in .NET (Visual Studio, C#), but not much experience with web development.
The freelancer should have great experience with web application development and .NET software development in general.
This project must be a cooperation between myself and the freelancer, since I want to participate in the development, as soon as the core functionality is in place.
The help I need should be in the shape of software design as well as backend- and frontend programming.
I will be able to invest around 10 - 15 hours pr. week in this project, starting january 3rd.
