Convert Website Mock - Up Pages to Photoshop Files

I am looking for an intermediate to experienced UI designer for a short – term design and mobile UI project. Note: No programming or coding required or requested. The project includes converting multiple web page designs, currently mocked up in excel (.xlsx), to Photoshop files (.PSD). In total, the designer will convert approximately 75 pages. Some pages are similar in design with minor heading changes. Therefore, I anticipate a decrease in time per page as the project goes on due to existing designs that can be copied/duplicated. My budget is low as this requires less input and more converting existing images. However, I will consider bonus for speedy work, and exceptional work. I will provide the colors and logo to use, as well as the existing mock – ups. I will continue to provide the mock-ups as they are available on a rolling basis, so there will be a continuous feed of work. Expect to have 10 - 15 available to you immediately. I would like the designer to add effects to make sure the PSD files do not look like a PDF version of the excel file I provide - that defeats the purpose of the project. For example, corners may need to be rounded, a few design effects to make it visually appealing and to look like a proper webpage will be great. Your personal design expertise to improve the mock - ups will be very much appreciated considered for bonus. Expect two rounds of review and requested changes per page.
