Hi Potential Contractor-
Looking for a web DEVELOPER geek! Plain and simple...and also knows wordpress. I am hiring someone that can offer constructive feedback and solutions, as you are the expert!..not me.
Creating a business directory website using the following wordpress theme:

As this will be a subscription based website as the theme already outlines, I welcome your feedback on this as well.
Deliverables:
1. Setup the theme with pages and content. (I will add business content myself to populate the website).
2. Setup up payment system.
3. Connect social media to the website functionality.
4. Setup subscription functionality; linking to payment system.
5. Sync website with proper SEO plug-ins for tracking, ect...
6. All businesses will need to be rated via "stars" as shown in the theme by the admin. we will basically have them to submit certain information about their business for verification via email (plain and simple).
NOTE: The theme is the blueprint; as not much will change as far as layout is concerned.
The ideal candidate understands website design and web development on an expert level.
Please send 3 samples of your work for websites for consideration. All responses without samples will be deleted.
