Check and Modify HTML Templates for Errors

I have aprrox 100-150 HTML templattes (some are admin templates that will only require a quick check over)that need to be checked for HTML and coding errors and fixed/repaired as needed. I also need the complete site / HTML templates to be optimized to be able to run correctly on the main browsers IE, Opera, Mac, and Mozilla/Firefox.
We are still making some mods on the script so there may be some that will need a re-check
