CSS Style SHeet Creation Needed for Website

My company has just completed their website at [login to view URL] It is very plain and needs some styling added to the fonts and links to make the site look better. You can view all HTML pages so that you can see how the site is laid out and understand what tags need to have styles added to them. The site mainly uses H1, H2, H3, and A Href tags so creating a nice looking style for the site might require adding a few additional tags here and there. I want the site to look more "smooth" and professional with better typeface and styling. This should be fairly easy to accomplish by anyone who has good knowledge of CSS. Anyone who bids on this project must include an example of previous work that relies heavily on stylesheets so that I may confirm that you know how to use them properly.
