Build a Website

I need a basic HTML website converting into Drupal. The site that is live now is quite a basic site in a 2 column layout with a rotating banner at the top of the page. The website has 5 pages to it and apart from the rotating banner is a static website. The site design should mirror the current site as close as possible. The main addition to the site I need is a facebook gallery page to replace the current gallery page. I would like this to be able to automatically connect to Facebook and bring the photos from my Facebook albums directly into the website. If you have examples of doing this previously so I can see the functionality that would be perfect. This should be quite a simple and easy project for the correct person.
