Build an Online Store with OpenCart

Hi There,
We are starting a website which will be an online store. We are currently starting from a blank canvas. We want it using open cart implementing Fancy Product Designer (which we have already purchased) to allow customers to customize some of our products.
We need:
the software uploaded to our server
customized with a good professional over look and design
paypal payment set up
Products loaded (we can load some if we are showed how)
Fancy Product Designer set up (with a few example projects so we can copy and add more) - The customer needs to be able to choose the background colour from a set number of colours, be able to add text and choose from the design gallery. Not upload their own artwork.
Communication is a must with this project as well as patience and knowing your stuff.
