Build an Online Store - Mobile App

Let me quickly give you the quick intro on my project. -> Its called [login to view URL] , an ecommerce marketplace site for Cakes and Bouquets. Currently, we have a site and we need following things to be optimized as priority 1. Android Mobile App for my site 2. Facebook Store for my site Features to be Customized 1. As its a marketplace, I need separate page for each vendor Products. Also should able to map that vendor page in vendor site too. 2. Automated SMS has to be triggered when order placed. 3. Products has to be restricted with some time before placing the order.(say 5 hrs) 4. Though its Multivendor, I need the order to fall initially to my mail later I will divert to concerned vendor based on the availability.(DB also should get updated and each vendor too can see the confirmed order in their dashboard) 5. NewsLetter, Promotional SMS via Admin, Birthday reminders by checking the delivery date, Reminder SMS for vendor to deliver the cake 6. Shipping address should be restricted to Chennai city later I should have the provision to add more cities. 7. Fast Delivery / Same day delivery Cakes to be displayed as separate section 8. Addons should be popped up, Saying this can be purchased along with this. 9. Have to restrict the user to buy min of 2 quantities, if its half Kg 10. Just need the customization as in flipkart/junglee.com-> eg. 1kg black forest cake product and list prices of each vendor(Vendor A - 550rs, Vendor B - 600Rs, Vendor C 575 , etc)-> Order of Vendor names is based on Ratings or Delivery Area or Lower Price.
