Hi, This job is easy to do. It can be made with many CMS, some are open source and available to be installed. We can customize it to your requirement. Some can be bought, they are usualy more complete and better. Then, again, we can customize it to what you exactly want. Or a new CMS can be built from scratch, of course this is more time consuming but it would be a custom CMS for the exact service that you plan to provide. You gave me many urls, it would be best if you get very specific on what you want, everything can be made, and we can make a similar software but there is many difference between each url. The time frame is also different from option to option. But I have many CMS and themes for this ready to be installed on my server and customized for your needs, build from scratch can be time consuming depending on the scripts that your website require. The bigger the time frame is the better this is.
