We are using WooCommerce and ActiveCampaign. We are offering a member program with 3 paid levels as well as a free service. We haven't chosen the member software. We need:
Selection of the member software. We will have an email sequence for each of the 3 paid member levels as well as the free level.
How to integrate Woo, ActiveCampaign and the member software.
We will be selling products to the members and also to nonmembers. Each of the member services will have a different discount on products purchased.
We will need to integrate with a shipping service as well as an accounting service.
We will offer the members the ability to upgrade, downgrade or stop their member level.
When a person upgrades, downgrades or resumes their member service we would like to have the email sequence continue and not start over from the beginning of the sequence.
We have web developers on staff, so we are looking for systems design, integration and some web development.
This will be a continuing engagement and will be progressively implemented.
We would like to offer the member services first and then the product offerings.
