I have a business that sells engraved pet tags and other related products (dog/cat collars and bow/bow ties) and I would like to redo my website. It's like a regular online store, excepts that for the tags it is neccessary to get name and phone that the customer need to be engraved, besides color/size. Also, we would like to offer them the possibility of customizing it, choosing among different fonts for the name and some pre-defined draws to be engraved together, being possible to preview how it would be (then save the final art to be engraved). Today it is very simple [login to view URL], and not based on any framework. I would like (love, to be honest) if it can be build in an online shop framework this time, like prestashop or something like this (prefereable not wordpress, due to security concerns).
These are the products we will have:
- Only bow/bow tie for dogs:
- Size - options predefined
- Pattern - options predefined
- Only dog/cat collars:
- Size - options predefined
- Pattern - options predefined
- Only the ID tag:
- Size - options predefined
- Color - options predefined
- Front of the tag - drawing area (see details below)
- Back of the tag - user should insert - text area with limited # of characters
- Observations: bigger text area, where the users could explain some special request they have.
- ID tag + dog/cat collar:
- Size - options predefined (size of this item will define both tag and collar size, so just one size will be selected)
- Color of the tag - options predefined
-Color of the collar - options predefined
- Front of the tag - drawing area (see details below)
- Back of the tag - user should insert - text area with limited # of characters
- Observations: bigger text area, where the users could explain some special request they have.
Details of tags customization:
- Drawing area (regular tag customization):
- A drawing area, where the customer could select a tag format (bone, round or heart) and drag and drop/add/remove/resize hearts, stars, etc (the drawings predefined) and the name of their pet, written with predefined fonts (similar to that prototype [login to view URL]). The final state of it should be saved so we can engrave it for them later.
- Another version of drawing area (special tag customization)
- Now instead of choosing a predefined drawing to be engraved with their pet names, users could upload a picture (the idea would be their dog picture, but who knows what they could think of...)
Of course there are many other details that will be important for an online shop, but these are the particular ones for our needs. The rest is really like any default online shop. We are located in Brazil. I'd be willing to explain anything else that would be necessary.
