Dear Freelancers, Project Description: E-Commerce Shopping Site for Retail 1) Build a responsive website for an electronic cigarette shop, based on Open source Magento Shopping Cart software, it should be very sleek, fast and responsive to Mobile phones and tablets. 2) All graphic works should be newly designed. All buttons/logos/graphic boxes should be should be newly designed (No stock graphics). A nice magento template (custom made or template available online but make sure the Magento template is responsive to Mobile and tablets. I need to be able to make changes to color/size/pictures/background/fonts etc). Later on, if needed. 3) Set-up to payment gateways such as [login to view URL], PayPal and bank debit card and gift card transactions. 4) System should be able to allow discounts for 'SALE' tag at price in the back-end 5) System should allow promotions coupon code while checking-out by the customers. 6) Create ‘Manu’ items and 30 products with descriptions 7) Require ‘integrated’ blogging system. 8) ‘Product Review’ and system. 9) Provide ‘Operating and Products Entry’ Manual with screen shots. 10) Require to provide ‘statutory text’ for above 18+ years for product ordering General Notes:- 1) Milestone payment will be released in four installments and after deployment into the production web server. 2) Require to provide support after installation for up to one month, if needed.
