Build an E-Commrce Grocery Store in MAGENTO

I would like an online store to be designed and developed that I can do my daily business of selling natural grocery products directly from. I would like a modern contemporary site design. The site language must be in english only. WEBSITE SPEC I will need a payment facility added, business email addresses and about 3-5 pages for information. I will also need around 100-200 products to be added. I do not have a logo so I may need special/unique fonts for my business name that can double up as my trademark for now. I will need product pictures edited and added to the site regularly once the site is built. Which may led to future work. The theme of my site should be natural/nature as in natural foods so I need the feel of nature in a contemporary way. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that my website must have a postage calculator that automatically adds up the total weight of each product put in the basket. At the end this total weight will then automatically show the customer the postage options available to them for the weight of their purchase. IT IS JUST AS IMPORTANT that I will need a key code symboling system to be designed and implemented. This will be so as each product on the site can be identified to have certain dietary elements with the consumer having the click on the item to see. This will enable the consumer to visually identify certain products whilst browsing a full product page of products. It will allow them to see that certain ingredients are not in the product without have to click onto individual products. I will need functions such as sort listing systems as well as different categories. My E-commerce site must be developed in desktop, tablet and smart phone formats. Site must be built using Magento and no other platform will be considered. Perspective candidates must have constructed supermarket/grocery stores or natural food store websites previously. Please also be ready to give examples of previous work you have done in the field of E-Commerce sites that sell groceries/food products. All this will work in your favor. Also key to applying is a good sense of contemporary and modern design that is what I am looking for clean crisp design. I do not want a futuristic or basic dated design so no loud colors or thick borders. I want classic with a touch of modern no funny basic functions just sitting around like drop down grey short list bars and rectangle shaped search bars. I prefer classy drop down bars and oblong shaped search areas so please be open-minded as well as creative if you are bidding. Previous work must demonstrate this or you should be able and willing to pitch something you can put together quickly to demonstrate your ability.
