Commercial webiste / iPhone OS wizard needed, image oriented

Hello, I am looking to develop a website and iPhone OS program related to photography incorporating a personal brand. This business will allow collaboration amongst artists to upload images/movies/audio (from mobile and laptop/desktop) which would be stored on the site and would be available for purchase in every possible medium. I need someone who is intrigued by this project and who has skills with online commercial sales, branding, Google Earth and Maps, Wordpress, FB, Twitter, Dreamweaver, iPhone OS, and CSS. The site would include a ebay type store, a blog, discussion board, a wiki as well as a easy user interface for uploading media.
