Add-on social and grouping features to WordPress theme

We want the following additions to our Wordpress site as a unique/custom theme, the MySQL database will have to be added to support the following features: Friend table and page, theme table and page, guild table and page template, world table and page template, land table and page template, Faction table, Avatar table and page template. Features include adding a user's own page template that they can manage, uploading images, editing description, adding members to various groups (depending on the type of page), a wall to post comments and attach images (like a Facebook wall). We have attached a description and wireframes of the main pages and the main requirements in a text file, please read before you make a bid.
