Creat Web Site for Guest House

I need a web site designed for a five room guest house. Our logo is up at www.house5863.com. I need the to have a simple sleek site that provides basic information and functionality without a lot of cluutter. The site should have the capability of showing vitual tours of each room and the property's common areas, as well as still photos that I can swap out. It should incorprate the reservation and ecommerc elements from webervations.com....such as automatic booking and avaialability. Customers should be able to check availability, make a resevation, pay a deposit with credit card and get a confirmation. I think webervations takes care of all this, but I just have to incorporate it into the site. Also, need bots to post on Craigslist sites and to others....yahoo, google, msn etc. Would like an ongoing relationship with a company or individual so that site can be easily maintained, updated and grow with our company. Seek quick turn around and will pay top dollar for a creative and functional site. Site should convey a hip, uban feel to it. We are not a victorian guest house, but rather more along the lines of a small W Hotel. That's ur look and the look we want for the site.
