Design and build software platform for online lead auction site.

i am looking for a developer to build for me a web platform. The sites aim is to use multiple landing pages and websites as lead generators, these smaller pages capture information and feed to the master site the "LMC" (lead managment centre). The lead managment centre is hosted on a separate domain and will allow users to view existing leads on the system, sign in or sign up and purchase leads relevant to their category. Users purchase the leads in an Auction style format, once a lead is purchased the contact information for that lead is emailed to the buyer and is also accessable online in there account. The project is a complete project with ongoing maintenance work and upgrades. There is a number of smaller landing pages we will upgrade with down the track however initial project is for wire frame of the homepage, and category pages, admin and sign up pages. Job will be awarded to the most efficient worker who i feel i can communicate best with.
