Creation of multiplayer games (pool game)

If you can produce a games of this standard please contact us with a VERY detailed step by step description of how you intend to complete this project, you will need to have a team that can complete the entire thing from the visual design and the back end that takes care of the multiplayer and all other options. The pool game here [login to view URL] We are not copying this game but this is the sort of thing you should be able to create if needed. Is specifically the type of thing we are looking at. The resources it uses and will need to be very scalable and easy to increase hardware to handle 1000's of players if not more playing at one time. It must have an api just like the game above to export and import all kinds of data both for billing and payments out. This game will be part of a website where data from the game will be displayed. People will have their own accounts and their coins/credits will be stored there in that account so they can login next time. This game will need to be browser based, both mobile and full browsers. We will need complete ownership of the game with source. Full payment will only be given after testing and all bugs sorted out. Please contact me with any questions.
