Adult site needs design, upload content and SEO

Hi, I need to redesign create pages and upload content and SEO for an adult site - it's new site. if you bid anwser the following questions: 1. how many backlinks you will do monthly 2. how many galleries (pictures and galleries) you can upload daily 3. proven knowledge in design websites bacuse its part of the project. i will pay 170$ a month - prove yourself and it will become a very long relationships - bunoses too.... my goal: 30k visitors a month after 90 days 100k in 6 months time I will pay monthly and only after 30 days of working if you plan to ask for money after a week don't watse my time.
