Assistance with rolling out various Websites - ongoing basis

I'm looking for a project manager to assist me with various projects I am currently running as a freelancer web designer.
Ideally I need my project manager to help me move my web projects faster and liaise with clients/developers if need be. The successful applicant will need to propose new workflows to both me and my developers and put new structures in place that will ensure projects get executed at optimal pace.
A background in the web industry would be a huge advantage. Most of the websites I am involved in are bespoke designed/developed Wordpress sites with the odd intranet/custom build.
Responsibilities:
1. ) Liaising with client about deliverables/timelines via Basecamp
2. ) Managing/chasing my design deliverables according to project schedule that you set up
3. ) Managing/chasing developers assigned for project deliverables
4. ) Put new workflows in place and keep consistent across projects
5. ) Keeping clients happy with regular updates and prompt responses
6. ) Track hours worked through Freshbooks
Planning the Project:
Creating Project Management Plan,
Creating the plan according to deadlines,
Requirements Identification,
Defining the Scope,
Building the Work Breakdown Structure,
Activity Management and Balancing on Cost, Quality & Risk.
Executing the Plan:
Directing and Managing Execution,
Assuring Quality Assurance,
An Overview of Plan Communication.
Monitoring and controlling the project work:
Must be good in Hitting Targets,
Scope,
Schedule,
Cost,
Quality Control and Performance.
A good internet connection is essential.
