Craigslist-type adult site

I would like to create a Craigslist type classifieds site for the adult industry in a specific location only. This is for one city so it won't be nearly as massive. I have posted this before but I was premature. I needed to get all the data together so that I could be specific in my requirements so I apologize to anyone who may have submitted a bid before. This project is now a go and I am looking to have it up and running this fall. I have a Yahoo Group with all the data and can get any and all info to those who are interested in submitting a bid. My budget is limited but the job would also entail monthly maintenenance of the site. That cost would be over and above the bid. I thank you for your interest.
