Adapt a static HTML to a joomla Template for magamaexpress.com

I need to adapt a static HTML to a joomla Template for [login to view URL] to get the advantages of the CMS. I need to input and edit content without edit any html. In the new template it is mandatory to have three links for three languajes, and the CMS has to have the features to introduce content for three languajes: English, spanish and portugues. You don have to design anything, the static files has already the CSS. If you can do it you have to upload an set up the joomla in the server. you will have FTP access. If you can do it in the next 2 days and if you have experience I will asign it to you.
