Adsense Website that makes 20-30USD per day

As the subject suggests im looking for somebody to design and build me a website that makes AT LEAST $20 per day. I will provide to the winning bidder with domain and hosting. The bidder must have Niche Keyword selection and determine what market to enter. The bidder must therefore research the availability of .com, .net or .org domain names. Basic requirements, more will be discussed when project is awarded; - Content, as I said, must be original and SEO optimised with high LSI weight and keywords used frequently - Any niche except Pharma, Violence, Gambling & not acceptable sites. MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE 100% - Clean and attractive design that relates to the content - Images provided that relate to content (pls do not steal images, we can buy if necessary) - Google Adsense revenue - ADS must be optimised for optimum click through rate - No black hat SEO techniques - Organic and unique traffic only. - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing The bidder should consider the following points: - Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. - Show us the proof of income after 30 days of launching of websites built by you. Day by day statistics to be provided (Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked) - Show us some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own) - We will obviously need to prove that the site makes the required profit each day. - If Adsense account gets blocked you won't get paid. - I will hold the payment until I get the first payment out of Adsense. To take the project you must be an expert in keyword research. Before you get picked I would need to know your KWs as I do not want sites that do not appeal to me. I will provide domain and hosting space. I will install the the software you can need etc. or as you feel comfortable. Future business will 100% be guaranteed if site generates profit.
