Creation of Vendor Registration Page on www.10kya.com

We need to create a Vendor Registration page on our site www.10kya.com. On this page, new suppliers can register for selling their goods on our ecommerce store. The registration page should have the following features: 1. Name and Address, TIN Number 2. Drop Down for Categories of Products (should be editable in future from our end 3. Trade Terms like margins, delivery time 4. Upload some sample photos (4-5 with a limit of MB - editable) 5. Add to database of supplier category in magento backend 6. Ability to send newsletter to supplier category just like customers For reference: [login to view URL] Additional Features desired: Creation of Vendor Panel where the registered supplier can see orders against their products, upload new products and do stock management for their products. They should not be able to see any other information.
