Create/Modify an Online Chart

Hi,
I require an online chart that I can embed in my website.
I can provide all the data either in Excel format or a CSV file.
I want the chart exactly like this: [login to view URL]
However, I want the chart to be interactive so that the visitor can filter the data. For example, click on the buttons at the bottom like AGV, Airoh, Arai, etc, and turn them on and off.
That's it. You can use whatever charting solution you like as long as it looks clean and I can embed it on my blog. I was going to use AMCharts which uses javascript, but if you have another solution that's fine.
