Hello, I have an vast experience of working with xml and will suggest that it will be easy to integrate your spreadsheets to any website by just including the Link on your website to the xml file. It will provide you the power to bring change in your spreadsheets and they will also be upgraded, edited or relocated very easily. Efficiency will be an added bonus while implementing the above plan. Your webpage will also not take the hit of extra data being added to website page and hence, increasing the turn over time of page loading from server. This whole can be done under the umbrella of ajax, which will reload the spreadsheet without the need for page to reload. I have not been able to locate your attached documents. Hello adams1013! I think I am fully qualified to help you with your project. I use the Mac and iWork everyday. I've done work with a couple of sales organizations (insurance and telco companies). One of the things I train new salespeople in is how to produce quote sheets using pre-formatted spreadsheets. Just like you, we've had to be creative in providing alternative means because some salespeople do not have access to the right tools and technologies. I was able to download your file. Unfortunately, I could not open it because I have not updated to Numbers v. 3.0 yet. In the meantime (if it's not too much to ask), kindly export your Numbers file to version 2.3 and make it available for download (because Freelancer does not allow you to send emails directly) so I can advise you better. To address your concern: the decision whether to put it on Google Apps or Salesforce will depend on the extent of your sales operations. If you have a big organization and have money to spare, go for Salesforce (cost for the Pro plan is $65 per user per month). But if you have a smaller organization and want to keep things simple, Google Apps will serve your needs (cost is $5 per user per month). Either way, it will take me 20 days max (or earlier - so kindly send me your exported file so we can determine a definitive delivery date).
