Need a site built to allow admin to upload videos downloaded from youtube/other sources and allow for users to view, rate and comment. Also need view of top videos based on certain criteria. Looking for very simple, clean design. Administrator will upload videos, moderate comments, users will be allowed to flag inappropriate posts and ban users. Users must log in and facebook should be an option. Videos should be searchable based on video title and any metadata that admin enters. Video categories should be created and new categories should be allowed to be created by administer and videos can (but don't have to) be added to a category. Would like an associated twitter and facebook account that automatically posts when a new video is added. Winning developer should have experience in video compression, building CMS websites that are maintenance free, understand SEO techniques, familiar with Google Adsense, and building sites that are mobile device friendly. Bonus if you have built apps for iOS and Android platforms. Open to Drupal or .NET technology or other recommendations...

since your website does not have very complicated logic, I am thinking of writing all the source code with pure ASP.Net MVC (no CMS nor customized fw). I can assure you I can support and apply any orders for changes after the site has been built and deployed successfuly. I can manage to create a clean user experience with Bootstrap. I will build your website using the Drupal CMS. I clearly understand how Drupal security works.(user, roles and permissions) I am familiar with SEO techniques, Google Adsense, and can surely build mobile device-friendly websites. I am not so good with Android platforms but i can develop your website in such a way that mobile-apps can easily be integrated(API).
