Build a small custom PHP/MySQL E commerce Website with 100 of the same products with different titles which links to PayPal for payment

I am seeking an experienced web builder to build that does not have many complications. The website will have song products for purchase through paypal with the same products to sell but under a different title. Again every product on the website will be the same but will need its on individual page and each product page has a separate title. This is not a high dollar project therefore I will not even look at bids that are high or extremely high. I have gotten 3 websites built on freelancer therefore I am experienced to know whats a reasonable cost of a website project. Further detail will be given to company hired. I will not release money until full job is complete and loaded on my server.
