Build Website - Similar to Other

I need someone to build a new Website for the domain name [login to view URL] This is a company that runs online dating websites. The site I like the look of is [login to view URL] (I explain more further down) I will supply 10 pages of text around 500 words each that will make up 10 pages of content. Note: I will supply one to start and test the quality of your work - note: High Quality is very important here. I will also supply all the required images - I have a lot of images from [login to view URL] that I have purchased and have copyright to use. I can upload these images to a dropbox you have etc. (note: you can't reuse them if you don't have the license). The images are all related to online dating - eg: of couples or singles. A site I like and would like to template [login to view URL] off is this one - [login to view URL] I like the way it is all one page (basically) and the top links just direct you further down the same page. The site needs to: - EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL LOOK - use HTML, CSS & Jquery (please let me know if you will want to use other languages - I strongly prefer these). - load fast so the images I supply will need to be optimized. - be able to load any of the 10 pages from a URL eg: [login to view URL] (the page names will be given). - no server side coding is needed - no forms or php etc. - display a list of domain names on the last page (very bottom). I will supply the domain names. - site must also show well in all browsers and screen sizes including tablet and mobile phone. I need to see work you have done before that is similar or at least be able to see you can do this. Please don't send me a huge list of links that aren't similar to the site example above. I won't pay any money until I can see a prototype coming alone - in other words I need proof that you can do the work and will create what I'm after. Regards Adam
