Build an Online Store with Garment Customisation Module

We are looking for a complete solution for e-commerce store for customised clothing. The store has to be made in Responsive theme which will be ready to use on all browsers, mobile devices (Apple, Android or Windows). The site must be made to highest standards and the developer/s have to input all the content (including pdf, images etc.) so it is ready to sell the products. It should be scalable, customisable and easy to maintain for us via backend. PLEASE: Make sure the project bids are within or near the budget limits mentioned. Some of the features we are looking for: 1. Shopping Cart 2. Zoom on mouseover or click 3. Banners of home page 4. Social media page creation (Facebook, Instagram, You Tube to start with) 5. Contents for all the pages 6. Garment customisation tool with integration into website. Customisation option would include adding text, rotate, edit, scale & flipping. It will also have an option to add images/designs from our online library. 7. Each garment has various colours and sizes available - inventory of that to be dynamic and visible to end user as well to show the stock availability of item-colour-size. 8. Preferably not Magento. No clutter and impressive navigation in the design 13. Newsletter Registration 14. Secure registration for customers and database needs to be secure as well. 15. Live Chat for one or two operators 16. Various colours of each products need to be displayed under that product. Once selected by customer, the colour name must be visible and the main window will change with the selected coloured garment. For garment colours, we can provide images of each colour and thumbnail need to be created for ease of selection. 17.
