Build an Online Shopping with Blogging Site

I need to create a platform for people who will be able to list their istems for sale and write blogs about it. Basicly an item they list should be accomponied by a story. payment should be enabled via pay pal. Users should be able to buy items from each other. The plugin that will track shipments (like on Ebay) should be added. Sign in/ sign out should be available thru Facebook. Share buttons should be there for Twitter, FB, Pinterest There have to be a backend administration, Admin should be able to approve listings and money withdrawals by sellers. The site should be mobile compatible for IOS and ANdroid The look and feels has to be similar to Fiver or Pinterest. Please tell me what platform you are gong to use.
