build a website

"Good day to all, I'm in the process of looking for someone to create a website geared towards children. This will be a christian based website looking to boost moral and acknowledge to the children they're importance. I'm looking to add kids game. a place where children can chat, email questions or comments. send in photo's to download. Recognize the honor students and they're accomplishment. Be able to have a place where kids can hang out. The current website is www.gobackforthechildren.com. The current site is dark and gloomy. The mission statement needs to change that's currently on the site. I'm also open to ideas and your recommendations. " I'd like these pages. I welcome your ideas and comments. Blog page Achievements page i.e. What God did for me? ...discussion --- or would that be included in the "blog" page i.e. Growing up in today's society i.e. My struggles and successes i.e. What I want to be when I grow up? ??? i.e. My role model and why ??? Also a Parent Corner.. For Parent's comments etc.
