Develop A New Music Artist Website

Hi, I need a website ( designing + development ) that is build similar to taylorswift.com. The website will include pages : Home, News, About, Music, Media, Events, Contests and Store [ link to other site ]. The homepage will be like the example site but the style will be a bit different, and there will be sections : Slideshow, News, Events and Contests. For the news section in the homepage, various social feeds and news will be shown there, and the button on the left side of the website with the icons : Show All, News, Twitter, Facebook, Contests. For example, when clicked on Twitter it will only show Twitter feeds, and when clicked on Show All it will show all the feeds. The posted News contents and Contests contests will also be shown in homepage after it has been published in the dashboard. In the Contests page, there will be posts of Contests that are available. There will be posts of contests with rectangle medium sized shaped boxes and when clicked on it, a lightbox will shown up with the details of the contest on the right side and the picture on the left side. And below these two ( picture and text ) there will be a button "Participate" and when clicked on it, the visitor will be asked to sign-in using any social networks of their choice ( Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google or Windows Live ). After logging in, a profile page will be unlocked which he/she can add his own profile picture, edit his screen name, birthday, and gender. So, after he/she has clicked Participate and signed in, he can now fill up the form with his name, email, birthday, gender, country, city and details. After that he can click "Submit" and the form will be sent to my email address. So after submitting the form, the will be a green status with a message in his profile page ( where everyone can see : public ) with the text "You have participated the {name of the contest} contest !". And if he/she have won the contest, the will be a blue status with a text "Congrats ! You have won the {name of the contest} contest !". You must make the option in the dashboard which I can control contest winning and losing of the users ( for example : if I want to choose user "user123" beside there I want to have the option Choose As A Winner On / Off. If I turn On, the blue status will be automatically shown in the profile page of "user123". I also want the website's contents and colors and backgrounds to be easily editable without coding or HTML knowledge ( Custom CMS or WordPress ). The most important is that the News, Media, Music, Events, and Contests be easily update-able. More details about Contests can be provided to the chosen bidder. Thank you and hope you can help.
