Design advice

This requires expert who is motivated to not do the quickest job but the best. I need to see your designed pages. I want to have simple but modern (web 2.0) design for our site. We have a community site. It is clear design scheme but I would like some small modifications. You should do the following: - Advice one the colour scheme. This includes giving me a new colour scheme if necessary. - Advice one shading of the website. I am interested in making the website give different shading as commonly used in web 2.0. - Advice one font style, colour and size - The delivery should be a report with screen shots of most pages of the website and with explanations of what changes you would make for each screenshot. You do not have to make these changes. This could be seperate project. Just tell what you would change.
