Completely redesign of website/seo optimizing

The site : [login to view URL] Need a completely new refresh design, designed from scratch. We had something like this in mind.... : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The site should be designed in Joomla. We are later on planning to have virtuemart integrated, but not at this time, so it should be able to run this shop, without need of extra designing when it is installed in 6-12 month from now. It is important the design is original and not "stolen" from someone else. SEO optimizing of the design is also vital for the site, as we are planning to start using both Google optimizing but also external advertising company for launching google adwords campaigns. And be able to run virtuemart, but virtuemart will not be installed at present time, but the template should be able to work out of the box with virtuemart, inspite it is not installed. I you decide to work on this project I need to know what sites which look like this you have been working on. The site will be multilingual, as we are planning to startuo from scratch in several countries, at the moment the following languages is on the drawing : 1) Denmark 2) Norway 3) Sweden 4) English speaking countries So we need an international design and are aware that what they like in India is not the same they like in scandinavia and rest of the english speaking countries....
