Complete website design for an innovative company

We need a website created for our company "Legacy Couriers". Legacy Couriers is a fast growing long term document storage company. We are looking to revamp our image and give ourselves a modern look. This website should be 100% professional with a web 2.0 feel. The people who will be browsing our site are generally older, intelligent and creative who enjoy a pleasant design. The website should be an extension of our logo. This will include text and will eventually include video. We focus strongly on user-participation. Our visitors will also need to be able to register an account and profile with us. The profile should be similar to those of facebook and myspace but without "friending." Each profile will be private. It is more of a genealogical profile. It should be similar to [login to view URL] I should be able to update this website by myself with ease. The content will be changing frequently. No flash.
