Aviation related website layout design

We are looking for a person to design a website layout and related graphics to our aviation related project (further information via PM). You must be able to provide a full website layout and graphics sets to us in a suitable format (such as PhotoShop, Paint Shop Pro, or just plain PNG images for every component), and design the website layout according to our wishes and requirements. There is no need for HTML/CSS design. No Flash menus/components are needed, or allowed for the site. The layout must be fully custom for us only and may not be based/used on other websites. Project logo will be supplied by us (may be redesigned if needed?), all other material is to be designed by the person selected to this task. Besides of the website layout template a set of banners and other similar link buttons are needed to complement the site. This is a one-off deal where we just need the design but are able to work on the later development and actual site construction ourselves (so all source material need to be submitted to us for later usage). We are looking for a third-party designer as some fresh ideas are needed and current staff is assigned to other projects. Some small knowledge of aviation is a plus but not mandatory. When applying you must specify your previous experience and inform us of references of other sites you have designed or are currently engaged with. Please specify the requested fee for this task and if you are an individual or represent a company - the job is offered by a small company so you must be able to provide an invoice for us (for accounting purposes). Please also provide a clear description on what the quote includes. As we must have the ability to widely discuss and adjust the layout according to our wishes if the initial designs provided are not acceptable (=is this included in the quote or is it extra hourly charged work?). All communications and meetings on this project will be made thru email or Skype so person applying may live anywhere in the world. Schedule of this project: To be completed within 1 month from acceptance. Payment: thru PayPal with an invoice sent by the designer (we are not willing to send out payments via this site due to its flaws). Please contact us for more information.
