Affiliate page for file storage company - bubbly graphics

Hi, I need a photoshop file for a one page affiliate site of a drive storage company. I would like to: 1) Pay one price (or free) if the client rejects the mock up. 2) Pay a higher price if I accept your PSD. An "affiliate" site is intended to be attention grabbing, catchy, very noticeable and grab the customers attention. The buttons must not be black. When the user clicks on the a button or image it takes them to the affiliate parent site of a online file storage company.
