Add eBay html to existing Ebay store template

I have a template designed for my ebay store, I've had some html/css work done on it but need someone with eBay experience to add some html to make the features display such as the category list, items ending soon, featured item etc. The template layout is very similar to this store [login to view URL] Most of the work has been done so someone with ebay & html experience should be able to complete this in minutes, as such I'm looking for bids in the region of $30
