Fix an almost finished Word-template

The Word-template is a letter-template. The user should start a "new" document with this template, get a userform. fill in address, heading and text and create a letter from a defined format.
The job is 90% done! But I need help with the 10%.
The one who can fix it has my admiration and will for sure get more work later.
The challenge:
In the userform I have created a dropdown with all contacts in Outlook which have name and address filled.
I have attached [login to view URL] with the code I use to get Contacts from Outlook to Word.
I attached a picture of how the dropdown looks (has some extra characters).
[login to view URL] shows the unwanted result.
I need this to work with Norwegian characters also ÆØÅæøå. So if the address in Outlook has ÆØÅ in it then it must come out the same.
