A simple transport accounting

I need a simple transport accounting software in VB.net (2005/2008) with SQL Server. It is for Tanker transporter. He owns a few tankers and rent a few from other transporters to run his business. He transports liquid goods on per KL or per MT basis for his clients on a rate chart for route+product valid for a period. He then bills them for a period (mostly monthly). If he short supplies (mostly happens with petro products), shortage is deducted from payment beyond a limit. For his own tanker, he deducts shortage from his drivers payment. For rented tanker, it is deducted from payment due. There are actually 4 forms for data entry - 1)loading/unloading, 2)billing, 3)accounts voucher, 4) tankerwise bill of other transporters generated at his end. There will be about 10 master forms, mostly 1-2 field data. There will be about 20 reports, expected to be done in crystal reports. Once this is done, I have a second part to do, which improves the details & adds some more forms & reports. I'd like to use lists changing on typing rather than dropdown combos. I'd like to have the form design intuitive for the users (add sample screenshots with your bid, if possible) I'd prefer not to use third party controls, unless free from any obligation. I have most of the data design & scripting done. Please bid if you can do this work in two weeks, forms & 5 reports completed in first week.
