audio file editing program

Need a program that will allow the user to search thru a table that list a many audio files that have sales discussions and sales verifications on them. Some of the recordings need to have editing done on them to delete recorded hold times and other non esential parts of the recordings. The length of a recording would help the user determine if it was a problem recording that need to be edited - so one of the primary ways they will find recordings that need editing would be from its file length. The program should list these files and allow the user to load them into the editing module - so the user can manually edit the recording. Once edited the user should be able to simply press save and the new file is saved backed to its original place using the same file name. The program also should correct the file length in the table that catalogs all the recordings. So in this project the program would allow a user to search a flat database that has the file length and file name and path in it - then the program (what i need created) would grab the audio file and pass it to the audio editing program for manual editing and then save it back to where it came from. The audio files are .wav files and I am suggesting using a .Net control such as the one available at <[login to view URL]>.
