Data feed aggregation

I need a data aggregation tool. Basically I need to suck data off of some other web sites... typically csv files with IP addresses, parse them and get them into a single msft access DB. I need to append some geolocaiton data (I have code that does that so it would just be recycling that) and I need a reverse DNS lookup. If this works well there are other parts to this project I will need in the future. Examples of where I need to pull data: [login to view URL] (they have serveral feeds I need, these are in zip format... they would need to be unzipped, data appended from above and inserted into the db). You need a login to see the DBs. dronebl (this is the most complex of the feeds). the rest are mostly CSV files I'd like to keep this somewhat modular. Probably imlementing each feed parser as a dll, with a config file. The config file would contain how often to poll and some other mappings.
